the hotel staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. the location had plenty of lovely restaurants and bars nearby.

i don't understand why they can't assist you with your luggages. this was the first hotel when i asked for assistance and got 'actually we don't assist you with your luggages'.

The hotel decor feels current and stylish. The cafe had a nice vibe. The staff was helpful with directions. I found the bar area food superb, it met my expectations. I'm glad I picked this place.

The hotel included a bar. The location is close to Villa Borghese gardens. The staff was friendly, so I really enjoyed my time. I also really loved the tasty cappuccinos you can get.

Cool Hotel Near Borghese!

The hotel design is super cool, really! The room was larger than I thought. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They assisted me with directions and even recommended local restaurants, too.

The lift was a little slow sometimes, but it was never a huge issue.

the staff was very friendly and cute. i enjoyed the food and cocktails available. the hotel style was unique from the lobby to the rooms.

the hotel did not assist with luggage. the location is not very convenient to landmarks. it is a bit far from the center of the city. breakfast was expensive for the options available.

no luggage assistance inconvenient location

I encountered a significant lapse in service when i requested assistance with my luggage upon arrival late at night. i was informed that the hotel does not provide luggage assistance. This surprised me, as i have not encountered such a policy in my extensive travels. furthermore, the location proved to be less convenient than anticipated, requiring additional travel to reach many of the city's main attractions.

just ok stay

small room breakfast cost

the size of the room wasn't great. i got a roomy balcony, and it felt smaller than i thought it will be. also, the breakfast wasn't included, that was a bit annoying given the price i payed for the stay. i think i will choose a different place next time.
